1. Digital Placement Service

Outfounder.lol provides a real-time digital advertising and promotional leaderboard placement service. By submitting a bid and completing payment via our billing provider (Polar.sh), you receive immediate digital visibility, link distribution, and ranking on the live board.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of pay-to-rank placement and instantaneous distribution of board traffic:

All sales and bids are final and non-refundable.
Being outbid or moving down in rank as other founders join or increase their bids is an inherent aspect of the pay-to-rank platform and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Content Ownership & Moderation

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to promote the products, websites, and handles linked on your founder card. The operator reserves the right to remove any placement that violates security standards or applicable laws without compensation.
