These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Outfounders.lol (https://outfounders.lol), including the public leaderboard, founder profile capsules, bidding checkout, and related builder tools. By accessing the site, claiming a rank, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Operator and Contact
The Service is operated by Amir ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.
2. Nature of the Service
Outfounders.lol is a transparent public leaderboard for startup founders and builders to turn their name into distribution. You invest to showcase your personal brand, products, and occupy a rank based strictly on the amount paid, according to the Rules.
A payment purchases public ranking placement and visibility at the position your bid supports at the time of fulfillment. It does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive lifelong placement, or search engine positions. Other builders can outbid your position at any time.
3. Payments, Billing Provider, and No-Refund Policy
Checkout is securely processed by our merchant of record partner (Dodo Payments). We do not store credit card details. All amounts are in whole US dollars.
Strict Finality & No Refunds:
All payments are final and non-refundable. Ranking placement is an immediate digital execution that takes effect as soon as our payment provider confirms the transaction: your payment method is charged, and your profile is written directly to the live public board.
Being outranked later by another founder, fewer profile views than expected, or profile removal due to a violation of these Terms does not create grounds for a refund. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks is a direct breach of these Terms.
4. Founder Warranties & Ownership
By submitting an X @handle, product URLs, or completing payment, you warrant that:
- You own or are authorized to represent the X account and product websites you list.
- Your destination websites contain legitimate, legal, and operational products.
- You are not impersonating another person, brand, or competitor without authorization.
- The destination links are not malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive websites.
5. Prohibited Listings & Abusive Behavior
- Pornography, adult content, or NSFW platforms.
- Unsolicited chat/group invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp channels, Discord spam).
- Affiliate redirects, masked tracking links, or deceptive URL shorteners.
- Automated bot scraping, click manipulation, or attempting to bypass platform rate limits.
6. Content Moderation & Removal
We reserve the right to edit, hide, or permanently remove any listing, product, or @handle that violates these Terms, the public Rules, or applicable laws, without liability or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outfounders.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising out of your participation on the board.
